Terms of Service
Effective 2026-05-06 · AXIOM Collective, Texas · Remote
1. Scope
These terms govern your use of withaxiom.co (the "Site"). Engagements between AXIOM Collective and a client are separately governed by a signed Statement of Work (SOW), which controls in any conflict.
2. The site
The Site is informational. Nothing on it is an offer or a contract. Pricing pages reflect typical engagement structures and may change without notice. The on-site assistant produces conversational responses generated by a large language model; treat its output as a guide to AXIOM's services, not as a guarantee, quote, or legal commitment.
3. Acceptable use
You may not attempt to disrupt the Site, scrape it at scale to train models without permission, attempt to extract or override the assistant's instructions, or use the Site to defame, harass, or commit fraud. We may rate-limit, block, or refuse service at our discretion.
4. Engagements
All paid work is governed by a signed SOW that defines: scope, channels, timeline, fees, billing cadence, success criteria, IP ownership, confidentiality, AI disclosure, indemnification, and termination. Two standard engagement structures are available publicly: Atelier ($25,000 / quarter) and Bureau ($75,000 / quarter). A productized Diagnostic Sprint ($2,500 flat) is available as an entry engagement; the fee credits 100% into Atelier or Bureau if the prospect engages within 30 days. All engagements require a signed SOW before work begins. SOW terms include but are not limited to:
- Ownership. All deliverables, source files, sequences, page templates, and datasets produced for the client are the client's property on day one of the engagement and on day one after.
- AI disclosure. Every deliverable is produced by the AXIOM agent system. We provide AI-disclosure language for any deliverable on request.
- Quality gates. Sentinel, our supervisor agent, runs every output through a documented rubric pass. Items below threshold are routed for human review.
- E&O. AXIOM carries a documented escalation and correction protocol and a documented retraction protocol.
- Termination. Atelier engagements include a 90-day exit clause. Bureau termination terms are negotiated per SOW.
5. Intellectual property
The Site's content, design, name, marks, and methodology assets are the property of AXIOM Collective. The agent system, its prompts, its rubrics, and its workflows are proprietary, with the architectural-level methodology published quarterly per our open-methodology commitment. Nothing on the Site grants any license to AXIOM's trademarks or trade dress.
6. Disclaimers
The Site is provided "as is." Public ROI, pipeline, and retention numbers reference past engagements and are not guarantees of future performance. Future results depend on factors outside AXIOM's control. AXIOM disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement to the maximum extent permitted by law.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AXIOM Collective's total liability arising out of your use of the Site, in aggregate, will not exceed $100. Liability arising from a signed SOW is governed by the limitation-of-liability terms of that SOW. AXIOM is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising under these terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Texas, in the county of the Service Provider’s principal place of business, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes are reflected by a new effective date above. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
