1. Services
AXIOM Collective is an AI automation agency. We provide AI audit reports, pilot builds, and full-scale automation implementations including voice agents, chatbots, and document processing systems for businesses. Our services are designed to help small and mid-size businesses automate repetitive tasks and improve operational efficiency.
2. User Obligations
By using our services, you agree to:
- •Provide accurate and complete information in all forms and communications
- •Use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms
- •Not attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or misuse any of our proprietary tools or systems
- •Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
3. Payment Terms
Pilot Projects
Pilot projects are priced at $500. If the pilot does not demonstrably save your business 5 or more hours in the first week of deployment, you are entitled to a full refund. Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of pilot delivery.
Full Implementations
Pricing for Core and Suite implementations is provided on a per-project basis. Payment terms, milestones, and deliverables will be outlined in a separate project agreement before work begins.
General
All prices are in US Dollars (USD). Payment is due upon invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may be subject to a 1.5% monthly interest charge.
4. Intellectual Property
- •Client ownership: You retain full ownership of your business data, content, and any custom code or configurations built specifically for your use case.
- •AXIOM ownership: We retain all rights to our proprietary tools, frameworks, processes, methodologies, and reusable components that are not specific to your business.
- •License: Upon full payment, we grant you a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use the deliverables created for your project.
5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the engagement. This includes business processes, client lists, pricing strategies, and technical implementations. This obligation survives the termination of any agreement between us.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AXIOM Collective shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided “as is” and “as available.” While we strive to deliver high-quality automation solutions, we make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, or completeness of our services. Results may vary based on your business specifics, data quality, and implementation context.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the service relationship with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, we will provide you with all deliverables completed up to that point. Any outstanding invoices remain due upon termination. We reserve the right to terminate access to our services immediately if you violate these Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of the State of Texas.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
